Matching Fund Campaign for
Wheelchair Users in Need in the United States
HELP FUND WHEELCHAIRS TO PEOPLE IN THE U.S.!
Frank Barham was a musician and wheelchair user who died tragically in an auto accident while raising money to buy RoughRider wheelchairs for people who could not afford them here in the United States.
Whirlwind has created The Frank Barham Memorial Fund with an initial pledge of $100,000 over 4 years from Frank’s wife Adriana, which will be used to help fulfill Frank’s dream.
The fund will subsidize RoughRiders for individuals unable to afford the full price. People on public assistance such as Social Security and SSDI will qualify to receive a chair for only $200.
